since adolescence
Lucie discovered her passion for skin care very early on, passed on by her mother.
Since 2013, when she was still in middle school and suffering from severe acne, her mother has supported her by teaching her the right techniques and exploring different skincare brands with her.
This period marked the beginning of a real commitment to skin, which would continue to grow until it became the heart of his professional career.
the beginning of passion...
In 2018, at just 16 years old, Lucie naturally turned to a beauty school, where she completed four years of training and obtained her CAP and then her BP in beauty.
Very quickly, she fully blossomed in this world and developed a particular passion for facial care, fascinated by the evolution of the skin and the bond of trust established with her clients.
Through theoretical subjects, she stands out for her marked interest in cosmetology, dermatology and applied biology, disciplines which nourish her curiosity and strengthen her expertise.
the desire and the trigger
In 2020, during the lockdown, Lucie-Rose Blanche had to stop working in person.
Deprived of her clients, she chose to turn this forced break into an opportunity by sharing her skincare tips on TikTok. She published her first instructional videos there: how to recognize your skin type, reduce acne, and differentiate a cream from a serum.
She quickly gathered thousands of followers and built a loyal community, who nicknamed her “the skincare influencer” and confidently followed each of her recommendations.
it all begins
In 2021, after testing hundreds of skincare brands, Lucie had a real epiphany: she wanted to create her own brand, faithful to her vision of a synergy between natural active ingredients and conventional ingredients.
Determined to make this project a reality, she set out in search of a French laboratory capable of supporting her in this adventure.
This is how Face Synergy was born. Our founder is involved in every step: formulation, artistic direction, choice of textures and active ingredients.
As an expert in key skincare ingredients, she develops her own custom formulas, which are then perfected by a laboratory staffed by biologists and cosmetologists. She incorporates the active ingredients she has tested and loved, those that have transformed her skin and that of her community.
The process is long, demanding, sometimes fraught with failure, but driven by unwavering perseverance.

In 2024, Face Synergy finally saw the light of day, bringing Lucie-Rose Blanche's dream to life. A deeply personal project, carefully thought out down to the smallest detail and driven by years of passion, research, and perseverance.
