These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of cosmetic products offered by Face Synergy (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on the website www.facesynergy.fr. By confirming an order, you (the "Customer") unreservedly accept these conditions.

We advise you to read these T&Cs carefully before placing any order on our site.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions under which Face Synergy sells cosmetic and skincare products to its Customers. They apply to all orders placed on the website www.facesynergy.fr.

Article 4. INFORMATION ON THE SITE AND ACCESSIBILITY OF THE SITE

The website www.facesynergy.fr is an e-commerce platform operated and managed by the company Face Synergy .

The site is accessible to all users of the Internet network, in principle, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of interruption, whether scheduled or not, by Face Synergy or its service providers, as part of maintenance, updates or security reasons. We cannot be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the temporary or prolonged unavailability of the site.

We do not guarantee that our site will be free from anomalies, errors, or bugs, nor that it will be free from breakdowns or interruptions. Face Synergy reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the site or to certain features, particularly for technical, maintenance, or security reasons.

Furthermore, Face Synergy cannot be held responsible for any problems related to data transmission, faulty internet connections, network unavailability or any other difficulty beyond our control.

5.1 Access to the General Conditions of Sale

You can consult these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) at any time directly on our website www.facesynergy.fr . We offer you the possibility of printing or saving this document for your personal archives.

5.2 Archiving of Contractual Conditions

When placing your order, you can also archive the conditions applicable to your purchase by downloading the General Terms and Conditions . You can either save the summary of your order directly via your browser, or keep the order confirmation email that we automatically send to you after your purchase, to the email address you provided. This email contains your order references as well as a link to these General Terms and Conditions . You can save or print this confirmation using the appropriate function in your email.

5.3 Access to your order history

Information relating to your orders is stored in our system. As a Customer, you have secure access to your password-protected customer account (accessible via the "My Account" section). Once your account is created, you will be able to view the history of your past, current, or recently shipped orders. You will also be able to manage your personal information (address, telephone number, bank details) and subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter. You agree to keep your login information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

5.4 Modifications to the General Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify or adapt these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without notice. In the event of modification, the new General Terms and Conditions will apply to all orders placed from the publication of the updated conditions on the website www.facesynergy.fr . It is therefore advisable to consult this page regularly to be aware of any changes.

Article 6. PRODUCTS

6.1 Description of the Products

The products offered for sale on the website www.facesynergy.fr include all cosmetic and care items available for purchase. These products comply with French legislation and the standards in force applicable in France.

Face Synergy makes every effort to ensure that the photographic visuals of the products are as faithful as possible to reality. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description allowing the Customer to know the main characteristics of the product. In the event of an obvious error between the characteristics of a product and its representation on the site, you will have the possibility of returning the product and requesting a refund, in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of these General Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Availability of Products

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on our website, while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, Face Synergy will inform you by email as soon as possible. We will then offer you either a product of equivalent quality and value, or cancel your order.

In the event of cancellation of the order due to the unavailability of a product, the sums already paid will be fully refunded within 30 days following the cancellation of the order.

Article 7. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

7.1 Price of Products

The prices of the products offered on www.facesynergy.fr are indicated in euros , all taxes included (TTC), with the exception of processing, customs and shipping fees which will be added to the total amount of the order. These additional costs will be clearly specified to you when you finalize your order.

The tax applied is the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force in France, except for other EU countries, where the applicable VAT may vary.

7.2 Price Changes

Face Synergy reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.

7.3 Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer may pay for their purchases by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the site.

The Customer guarantees that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. In the event of refusal of payment by the banking entity, the order will be canceled.

Article 8. ORDER

The order becomes final when the Customer has validated their basket and confirmed their payment.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer, containing a summary of the order and the tracking number.

Face Synergy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if a previous dispute has not been resolved or if a product is out of stock. In the event of difficulty processing the order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 9. DELIVERY

9.1 Delivery Time

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days, subject to product availability. This period may be extended in cases of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.).  

9.2 Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer. Face Synergy offers several delivery methods: Mondial Relay and home delivery.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated when a certain purchase amount of the order is reached.

9.3 Delay in Delivery:

In the event of a delivery delay, Face Synergy undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. However, if a delay exceeds 14 days, the Customer may cancel their order and request a full refund.

Article 10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

10.1 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning the supply of goods likely to deteriorate rapidly or whose packaging has been opened after delivery (in particular cosmetic, care or hygiene products).

10.2 No Right of Return

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics, skincare, etc.), we do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of non-conformity or defective product. Once the order has been confirmed and the product shipped, no returns or exchanges can be made, even if the product has not been opened or used.

10.3 Defective or non-compliant products

If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, you must contact Face Synergy within 14 days of receipt to report the problem. We will only exchange or refund these specific products, after verification and validation of the defect.

10.4 Reimbursement

Once the products have been returned and inspected, Face Synergy will issue a full refund for the products within 14 days of receipt of the returned products . The refund will include standard delivery charges, unless delivery was free (in which case only the products will be refunded).

Article 11. LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products offered by Face Synergy are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity (article L217-4 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of non-compliance or hidden defects in a product, the Customer may request a replacement or refund. Complaints must be sent to: contact@facesynergy.fr, within 30 days of discovering the problem.

Article 12. LIABILITY

Face Synergy is committed to providing products that match the description on its website and to processing orders as quickly as possible. However, Face Synergy cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the products, particularly in cases of misuse or allergies.

In the event of incidents occurring during the use of the products, the Customer must consult the instructions for use and, if necessary, consult a healthcare professional.

Article 13. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The information collected during the order process is required to process the transaction and ship the products. This data is processed in accordance with Face Synergy's privacy policy , available on the website. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by sending an email to: contact@facesynergy.fr.

Article 14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site www.facesynergy.fr, including texts, images, logos, and other graphic elements, are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Face Synergy . Any reproduction, distribution or use of the elements of the site without prior authorization constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

Article 15. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact Face Synergy to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Face Synergy 's registered office .

Article 16. MODIFICATIONS TO THE GTC

Face Synergy reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the website www.facesynergy.fr. The Customer is encouraged to regularly consult this page for the latest updates.
